Business agility is the ability of an organization to: Adapt quickly to market changes — internally and externally. Respond rapidly and flexibly to customer demands. Adapt and lead change in a productive and cost-effective way without compromising quality.

I like to look for the best in things, or at least to take what is given and look at it from a greater perspective in relationship to the whole. We tend to be pretty narrow-focused when in the midst of a crisis or challenged when we feel we don’t have answers.

Taking all the bias away from who or what Klaus…

In the mid-80s I worked as a production control coordinator for a large aerospace company. There were 35 people in our Materiel Department who were assigned various product lines spanning actuators, valves and starters for Original Equipment Manufacturers to a list of over 800 commercial aircraft spare parts and overhaul kits to a few hundred spare parts and overhaul kits for the Department of Defense. I was in charge of the 800+ commercial spares desk, a $7 million/month product line.

Although I was very good at my job, getting things done with no actual authority and relying solely on interpersonal…

Great Reset into the Great Awakening?

Can we turn what’s being called the ‘great reset’ into a ‘great awakening’ that is beneficial? We’ve all been affected by the last year’s chaos and confusion over a pandemic that has the world in it’s grip, right? Businesses across industries and sizes have been saddled with the challenges of agility, perseverance and transformation to incorporate new demands and a shifting marketplace. Much of what was once done face-to-face has transformed into virtual encounters and/or organizational meetings.

I turned to a world-renowned leader for some additional perspectives, possible guidance and world view. Klaus Schwab is the Executive Director of the…

ZERO to ONE, Making Our Way Toward a Conscious Civilization is an exploration of these considerations and how the indicators or signs might be present enough for us to be more aware and able to participate. According to ancient wisdom, the prudent path appears to those who are intent on finding it. Contemplation of such a potential often produces an experience of it. When facing unknown intelligent life, such as recent Navy video that affirms the reality in what is now considered ubiquitous and across the disclosure lines.

On the theme of destiny or fate in the above possibilities…

Well, I wonder if Easter will have a different effect this year, more closely related to the ascension of Jesus, than in the recent past. I’m not going to pull a rabbit out of my hat. What I will note is that naysayers no longer have the option of believing this kind of event cannot happen.

Why do I say that? Because SCIENCE backs it up now. It doesn’t just require faith, love and trust. I think we’ve learned, or at least had the opportunity, that the First Attribute Is Thinking Healthy (faith) connotes ‘right use of will.’

There are…

Our youth of today look at the educational system and ask, “Why?” They look at the values of their parents and say, “That’s not for me!” They laugh at the political machinery, see how environmental and social concerns are few, and say, “Nothing is working.” They live with hopelessness in a love-starved world and feel, “What’s the use?” So begins the life of abuse in all its ugly forms.

The above was the opening paragraph for the executive summary of Spectrum Academy, written back in 2002. I’d been a high school teacher for nearly a decade, choosing to go that…

Luba and I were watching one of Sasha Stone’s productions last night on YouTube. His guests were Mikovitz, Young and Wu. Three powerhouses in a different narrative than we’ve been accustomed to lately. I won’t go into to it any further now. I didn’t particularly care for the style, though I can always learn something. Sasha’s done some amazing work.

One of the gleanings was FAITH as First Attribute In Thinking Healthy. Everything I’ve learned over the decades of self-exploration in the vast unknown points to this: our mind. We truly have no idea how powerful it is and constantly…
