Enjoyed the article as always, John. In some of the specific GRC.earth (global regeneration co-lab) discussions, one of the objectives is to observe and reflect on patterns we perceive in the engagements and actual work being done.

There's a couple of things I notice in the current social learning cycle. We've got a new world unfolding as we navigate the precarious waters in our relation-ships looking for safe harbor. It seems the safe harbor is one we're in process of co-creating.

One of those patterns is that persistent posting gets minimal response, truncated thoughts and perhaps self-aggrandizing reflections; the latter intended to edify rather than elevate ego. Our attention, intention and interaction seems to fall back on self rather than embrace others in a state of psychological safety and intellectual humility.

The other is the unbeknowst result of creating more silos instead of gardens. Concept, ideas and notions form organizations that often are repeating others or previous efforts without realizing it and the notion of interconnectedness is bandied about with little activity to fulfill the reality.

Collaboration has been a key word in the 21st century paradigm and has real value when applied with disciplined and focused effort, though the mavens and connectors may dance to different tunes instead of finding a theme song. ;) Your work offers the exposition for ears and eyes tuned.
