First Attribute In Thinking Healthy
Luba and I were watching one of Sasha Stone’s productions last night on YouTube. His guests were Mikovitz, Young and Wu. Three powerhouses in a different narrative than we’ve been accustomed to lately. I won’t go into to it any further now. I didn’t particularly care for the style, though I can always learn something. Sasha’s done some amazing work.
One of the gleanings was FAITH as First Attribute In Thinking Healthy. Everything I’ve learned over the decades of self-exploration in the vast unknown points to this: our mind. We truly have no idea how powerful it is and constantly self-sabotage our health and well-being as a result. We actually think ourselves into dis-ease.
Everything we experience is determined by HOW we feel and think; the choice we make of WHAT to feel and think. I grok that as the core of Free Will, right? The key to choice is being able to put the whole process on a brief pause when the uncomfortable arrives. Sounds easy, right? Balderdash… It’s nearly impossible at times.

There’s no roadmap toward a conscious civilization where that understanding is ubiquitous… true harmony among people and planet. It seems we all desire that and have to confront a current masquerading façade in order to do so. Profit over people just has to stop. We don’t need to…
